I have the figuarts ps4 spidey he’s nice and possible, got him at release so no clue what aftermarket prices are. HotToys Spidey looks amazing and has great accessories, but isn’t much of a poser. The suit can wrinkle of left in non museum poses for too long. Also not sure what aftermarket prices are. Basically, do you want to pose or just look and what are you willing to spend?

Is that already sanded? Looks pretty good. Once you get the layer lines out well enough you can use thick layers of filler primer save yourself some tedious fine sanding. Not a good idea for small stuff with intricate detail, but for a big old sword it's perfect.

A tribute to the bizarre 80s toy would be more of an Origins thing though. There was also that weird little guy "Loo-Kee" who would be hidden in the background like the Where's Waldo of She-Ra; don't care much about him but that would be a decent pack-in if they're doing a Filmation tribute figure. I would love a huge fancy Masterverse scale Swift Wind and would absolutely buy it, but I don't see that being a pack-in with She-Ra, it would be so expensive and they would end up pricing themselves out of a lot of easy sales of a cheaper She-Ra figure. I'm still hoping for Origins Swift Wind with a toy-inspired look... I loved the vintage toy so much. They really have not gone deep into Princess of Power with the Origins line at all, but at least they're getting into it early with Masterverse.

Speaking of, I'm going back and cherry picking from the Super7 TMNT to replace my Neca figs, and their April, glossy plastic aside, is just worlds better than Neca's offering. Like wow. Her cartoon head is the one I display her with since I never had the toy and know her mostly from the cartoon. But she's got a ton more character than the neca toon version. Also, I noticed Neca's Muckman comes with slime and doesn't have the dripping slime function, but S7's MM does have the function but doesn't come with slime. Dunno if that's intentional synergy (doubt it) but it's kinda neat. Edit: looks like the Neca GITD Muckman is hitting Targets as part of this haulathon promotion dealy they're doing. But it looks so friggin fun every time I see it, and it's getting cheaper... Mattel are selling it direct on their site for $80, and it's down to like $72 on Amazon. I'm still not going for it right now, but I'm getting weak. (Also I got that limited edition spirit of Grayskull set and it's weird not having the Grayskull to put those in.)

It's a really good price. Threezero's flaws are always Hot Toys price with lackluster face sculpts and limited accessories. Those Power Rangers are like 6 for the price of 2, have no faces for them to mess up, and only have 2 notable accessories anyway which it includes.

I saw that BBTS has the reissue Turtle Blimp in stock for 75 GODDAMN DOLLARS and out of curiosity I checked to see what it originally retailed for. To my surprise, it’s in stock on Walmart right now. I ordered one, 40 bucks with shipping. Will I actually get it? Who can say.
