Technical Systems Analyst
We are looking for an exceptional Technical Systems Analyst to help craft the infrastructure for our massively multiplayer online game environments. The Technical Systems Analyst will be responsible for evaluating IT systems that comprise the infrastructure of MMO games. This position will help provide operational cohesion between teams involved with the development and support of an MMO game. Ideal candidates will have strong technical, communication, and organizational skills, and will be able to learn and adapt quickly in a fast paced environment.

Responsibilities
* Gather, analyze, and report important game data to teams at all levels of the organization.
* Provide technical feedback and recommendations to game development and operations teams.
* Provide summarized feedback to game stakeholders regarding the status of a game.
* Develop, manage, and document game-related IT procedures.
* Design, implement, and document game-related IT automation.
* Document game-related IT systems.
* Provide game-related IT training.
* Act as subject-matter expert to teams throughout the organization.

Requirements
* Undergraduate degree or 3+ years of related IT experience
* Experience with IT systems design, implementation practices, and approaches
* Proficiency with standard IT concepts, practices, and procedures
* Solid Perl or Java programming skills
* Proficiency in presentation of technical and business subjects to technical and non-technical audiences
* Ability to work in a 24x7 on-call position
* Ability to travel up to 6 weeks out of a year
* Very strong interpersonal skills, including written and verbal communication, meeting management, and conflict resolution
* Strong problem solving skills: innovation, collaboration, analysis, inductive reasoning
* Strong desire to learn and work with multiple applications, tools and technologies
* Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and drive to be successful; ability to work independently with minimal supervision or assistance
