Many extras: handlebar risers, upgraded suspension, rear 45L trunk, Corbin seat, tip-over bars, 3 separate USB charging ports, reusable K&N air filter and that's all I remember. Current PA inspection. Within last year: all fluids changed (oil, coolant, shaft gear oil), replaced head bearing ($$$), rebuilt forks and heavier oil added.
