I don't really have much to add to the thread. I have an old Team associated T3 from ages ago that I'd bash around with. I never really got into racing because the only track near me was a fair ways away and I didn't have a full-scale, actual car at the time. I'm pleased to read that electric stuff has gotten more friendly since I remember being pretty intimidated reading up about matched-cell batteries and all the stuff from the late 90's/early 2000's.

This thread is cool, it's neat to have perspective from you industry guys and it's rad to see other people's cars and things like Unimog kits that I wouldn't have known about since I don't pay much attention to the RC world.
