I honestly haven't a clue how to begin to handle the second post there, but I'll research the commands and see what I can come up with. You would either have to import it (I don't remember how right now) or create it with CreateObject("AutoCAD.AcadDocument"). The second would be assigned to an Object and you wouldn't have autocomplete, but it would work.
