I'll take this chance to bring up some bands that no one ever talks about around here... Would you guys consider Soilwork to be metalcore? I see them getting categorized as melodeath, but their two albums post-Figure don't seem like that to me... Also, is anyone excited about Spineshank's new album? Their previous stuff was more nu-metal, but it seems like Jonny Santos is pushing them in a similar direction to Silent Civilian. What I've heard sounds great. Has anyone seen them since they've reformed?
