I think what he's saying is that it's a gorgeous stretch of concrete paved highway that nobody uses. Canadians love our socialized roads, what the gently caress is a toll?

I believe this man is advocating charging people living in poverty for the use of sidewalks. I suppose they should all stay indoors and starve to death, rather than look for work and contribute to the economy. I suppose they could take out loans! Assuming anyone was willing to extend credit. FUGM.
