I got myself an VPN account on https://www.ivacy.com. You get 100 mb when you sign up, which is more than enough to sign on to Spotify every now and then.

It works perfectly and is free of charge.

Edit: Some people are reporting, that Spotify have blocked Ivacy.com. Aww...

It's free and not a very big hassle, considering I use Spotify everyday...
