It's simply an exercise to point out to ourselves that we do in fact judge everything by our own perspective. Remember - I bought Chip a George Bush doll that you pull his string and it says some of his most stupidest quotes, and I thought it was hilariously funny. Now the same thing is happening with Obama, and where are the jokes? Where is the doll? I want you to be aware that all of those people "out there" who might be telling you that your parents have tried to brainwash you with their religion and their politics - well, they're simply trying to do the exact same thing by often offering you only their perspective and one side of the story. If you're going to be a liberal, at least be an honest, well informed liberal, ok? I love you regardless. I don't think "those people out there" could possibly have your best interests at heart the way yo' mama does!
