So after probably the best part of a decade and a half dabbling in animation on and off I finally finished something:

Nothing compared to what some of you guys toss up, but I'm happy to have made something more than less than one second long without abandoning it.

I used Rough Animator, which I don't think I've seen anyone mention in here but I've found pretty great for this kind of sketchy, FBF stuff. One of the main reasons I basically stopped doing any animation for a while when trying some of the alternatives to Flash was just how heavyweight and cumbersome most software tends to be for hobby stuff. You're obviously not going to be making professional grade films out of RA, but for messing around directly on a tablet it's the best one I've found, and has a surprising amount of features for 5bux.

There was also an alpha test build of the new Animation Paper sent out recently, have been meaning to give that a try too.
