I'm working on a new series for my website and would like some feedback on it:

I won't go into too much detail just yet - I want to see what your initial reaction to this first episode is, and if everyone comes across as it should.

Thanks for your time!

I really like the episode because it's an inaction story about a guy trying to get action and the whole premise seems to be promising.

Your opening moves really slow and seems to take longer than the episode itself. I'd dramatically speed up the parts where they are flying and generally make a way to tell the backstory a little quicker.

Also add some echo or experiment with different room reverb for the announcer's voice to give it a booming quality. It sounds kind of flat.

Thanks for the feedback! The beginning does run a bit slow - I'm thinking of speeding up the blueprint sequence and cutting out the flying segment altogether, and making things run a bit tighter.

The announcer does sound a bit flat - I'll use my limited knowledge of sound to see if I can punch it up a bit.

I thought I'd share my most recent cartoon -

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lQOQBzju_GI

I based this cartoon off of a conversation I had with someone who was actually concerned that their 2 year old son preferred a pink tea set over a monster truck toy. Not fully understanding that grown men do drink tea, they lamented over the fact that he might become confused genderwise in the near future.

I suggested that Mattel come out with a manly coffee set instead of a tea set. Although I was joking, they insisted that I try to patent this 'amazing' idea.

I made this instead.

You are a gentleman and a scholar. I hope your stuff goes viral like crazy, I love them!

Thanks! I feel like a turd coming on forums and nagging people to go see my videos, but I've gotta spread the word somehow.

Content wise: I didn't think it was funny. This is SA so I've laughed at some pretty offensive things over the years, but these just seemed a bit juvenile.

Animation wise: You put effort into your production values, and had multiple settings, a decent voice-over, and was able to do both b/w and color.

I'd like to see something else from you in the future, but not a big fan of the offensiveness for offensiveness sake. I'd recommend something more subtle and poignant, or just a different subject altogether.

Thanks for the review - I hope the other toons I have coming down the pipe will be more up your alley. I'll keep you posted!
