I got sound syncing issues when exporting anything longer than a minute before I heard this little trick; if the fps is set to 30, for example, change it to 29.98 or 29.95. dunno how well it really fixes things for exporting .movs, but it seems to do the trick for at least the .swfs Entered this for a 24 hour animation competition at my school: http://vimeo.com/8792212

After Effects does some fine swf rendering, have you tried that? Although I don't know how it handles movie clips... Edit: nope it doesn't like movie clips at all, is it possible for you to change all your symbols to graphic, I know it does fine with those.
