Oh man I logged on and saw 20 new posts and thought some interesting discussion was going on. Not some guy raging with a broken shift key.

I'm not assuming anything it's just people complaining about a web comic on the internet becomes white noise after awhile.

Bead Shop This is me every time I have to go into a Michael's or Jo-Ann's Fabrics. Also every time I read this I have to Google who Wallace Shawn is. It's like a second punchline, or third if you count alt text. Jack Bandit fucked around with this message at 21:59 on Nov 4, 2009 |

I can honestly say I've never been more excited for a preorder listing. I hope this means they are selling well and the volume releases will consistently continue.

Matlock posted:Is he throwing them over his shoulder in the last panel? I took it as him swinging the plastic bag in the air in triumph. It made me smile so I'm sticking with it.

Irish Taxi Driver posted:Just saw posters for the Onstad + Gurewitch talk at RIT. I'll be there! I've never been to RIT, what should I expect in terms of parking and/or finding "Webb Auditorium (James E. Booth Memorial Building 7A)"? Also how's weather in those parts right now. I'm coming from Pittsburgh area so I'm thinking it will be an improvement.

Irish Taxi Driver posted:Well its not snowing right now, which is good. Your best bet for parking is either E, F, G or H. 7A is directly south of them. Thanks for the map! I still wandered around like an idiot for a few minutes but it helped a lot. This was a really good time. I can't believe I couldn't think of "Quentin" when some sweet sketches were on the line.

Chris Onstad posted:That would be cool! Thanks for coming out, all y'all goons. I had a great time with Nick and was treated kindly by all. As I was driving away it hit me what question I wanted to ask last night. In the past you've talked about an animated version of Achewood. Any progress on that or is it a back burner kind of thing? I remember awhile back Shmorky did that flash animation and it looked exactly what I would want animated Achewood to look like.

We will "experience" the Ray gets sort of stoned strip in a Yoshi's Island Touch Fuzzy Get Dizzy style level or we will be Beef as he tries to get to the grocery store....while suffering from DEPRESSION.

We thought Phillipe always being 5 was a happy safety net but now we see where this may cause problems.

glug posted:I know gently caress onstad and such as that, but that tip jar, assuming someone is clicking on it, is keeping the archives up and I find that important. The merch drama is lovely but I agree with the tip jar. As long as the archives are up he's paying some kind of fee.
