There's a bunch of cars in the beginning of that video that appear to have landed on rocks or tree roots after being thrown by a tornado - was that after a natural disaster, or is Philly just like that?

My employer bought a much smaller company a few years ago and mishandled everything, leading to the acquisitions management basically wholesale replacing the purchasing companies management. We just recently spun that acquisition back off cause their management sucked real bad. It's an illusion that private corporations are any different than government offices, it's humans all the way down but private companies have a greater ability to hide their incompetence.
