Hey folks, Not asking for money, just a little bit of your time. My short film "Ronan and Alyssa are about to break up." has a chance to screen on PBS this Saturday night, if we get the requisite votes. You know how these things go! http://www.thirteen.org/sites/reel13/category/vote/ All three finalists are there for you to view. If you think "Ronan and Alyssa" deserves to be on TV, I'd be honored if you'd throw it a vote! Thanks!

Not asking for money, just a few moments of your time. I posted about this upthread in January — my film did not win at that time, but we've been given a second chance. My short film "Ronan and Alyssa are about to break up." has a chance to screen on PBS this Saturday night, if we get more votes than the projects we're competing against. You know how these things go! (EDIT: We won! Thanks for your support, goons!) Icon-Cat fucked around with this message at 03:46 on Apr 12, 2012 |

I made a short pro-gay-marriage film and it has a chance to air on the biggest PBS station in the country this week. But it needs (of course) votes. No signups, no registrations, no Facebook logins, nothing like that. All you need to do is click http://www.thirteen.org/reel13/vote/ and vote for "Shayna Keeps It Simple". Thanks! The films are all available to stream on the site so you can watch it too and make sure it's good before you vote if you like EDIT: Hmm. By Googling around it seems my competition is using a pay-to-post-ads site called GetOnlineVotes.com to, well, get online votes. That's kind of clever, I'm not gonna lie. Devious, maybe even dirty, but not so much dirtier than begging goons for votes, now is it. Icon-Cat fucked around with this message at 07:20 on Mar 26, 2013 |

A feature film I co-wrote is looking for $4K on Indiegogo. If you think that's a little low for a feature film, you'd be right; that's because I've worked with this director many, many times and he knows how to stretch a dollar better than anyone in the entertainment industry. In the below clip, you'll see a lot of stuff we've worked on before, and they've all been much much cheaper than they look. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lasebOwGDPo Why not throw us some dollars to stretch: https://www.indiegogo.com/projects/a-brilliant-monster-film-horror#/ Icon-Cat fucked around with this message at 03:22 on Apr 11, 2017 |
