Perfect thing would be right handed (I draw / paint with my left) wireless, ergonomic mouse with about 10 programmable buttons. Does this thing exist?

A little late, but after going through lefty frustrations too, a wireless xbox controller works pretty well with xinput or whatever; seven buttons on the right hand, plus the joystick which you can use for cursor or more hotkeys (I have left and right to change brush size). I just happened to have it already so might be the case for others who can't find a good ergonomic fit for your right hand until you find something better.
