So far in my 100 year sim, I've had two guys have 3 year runs of 0.02 ERA and 20 K/9 after sucking in the minors. They retire after this stretch.

In all serious, it is quite a bit neutered from the PC version, but I expected that. It's perfectly acceptable for a couple of bucks to satiate a coffee break urge to trade relief pitchers for prospects.
