I feel like I've ripped a whole through this genre's 90s output; just gave a listen to June of 44's two "highly regarded" albums and neither did it for me. Might as well plug something a bit out of the way: U.S. Maple. Not exactly cookie-cutter time-signature, experimenting pioneers or anything (wouldn't label them solely as a Math Rock band either); certainly do fiddle with typical four-to-the-floor though and have got a place in your heart if your taste floats to the Don Cab section of "Math Rock".
