How about some instrumental math rock? Maybe not the techiest bands you've ever heard, but i think it can be nice to catch a break from the constant screaming in this genre.

From Japan, recently saw these guys live and they absolutely blew me away. Who knew instrumental math rock could be cool with almost no distortion?
