He just takes the whole dumb thing so seriously. He was going to release a trilogy of music videos and an entire comicbook series about all the characters but I think he bankrupted himself making this first video and went on to join some other band.

There's a video on Youtube that I've been trying to find for ages now.

It's an animated high-fantasy short where the characters are 2D hand-drawings that are animated in something that looks kind of like Everdraed's style, where static images are deformed and rotated.

The main character is this ranger-looking individual. I can't remember any of the details of the plot, because the entire thing is loving nonsensical and doesn't explain any of what's going on at any point. I think he fights a wizard for a magical mcguffin at some point, but it never explains why or how, and characters just seem to do whatever. The dialogue is all weird and stilted too, as if it's written by somebody who doesn't quite speak English as a first language.

It's named after the main character, whose name is some kind of nonsense word like Tigtem or something.

Is this real, or have I just hallucinated the whole thing?

To be more specific, he makes intricate dioramas of infamous pop culture moments where terrible things happened to some of the biggest assholes in show biz. His previous dioramas were of Mel Gibson getting arrested for DUI and Steven Seagal getting hosed up by a stuntman after he bragged that no human alive could choke him out.
