Quick traffic question. I live in Colorado and got pulled over for running a stop sign. I got a warning for the stop sign but I didn't have my up to date insurance on me. I was insured at the time and I can prove this with my insurance card. Does anyone have any experience with this and know what I'm looking at punishment-wise?

Incredulous Red posted:What happens to you really is dependent on which courthouse you have to appear at (and whether the judge is pissed off or not). Wow, thank you very much for the speedy and helpful reply.

I called over there and now I just have to swing by the courthouse at my leisure and show them the card. Thank you so very much.
