The only BMW M5 wagon I've ever really wanted has been one of these, exactly as pictured:

Boring color combos though

I'm surprised that the E39 M5 Tourings are only going to high $30Ks - low $50Ks. I expected them to be selling for more.

BMW makes so many stupid cars and yet, they have a history of bringing cars here with not much of a business case (Z3/Z4 coupe, the grand sport 4 door versions of 2 door cars ugh). There seems to be enough pent-up demand for something like an M3 Touring. They could say the next M3 will be a hybrid or EV and it would fly off the showroom floor.
I'm guessing they're seeing the success of the E63 Wagon and RS6. Audi said that the next gen RS5 will be available as a wagon only in Europe and North America since the RS4 will now be an EV. If it's successful, maybe BMW will bring over the M3 Touring.

A friend took his G70 in for an oil change and was hit with a $50 “administrative fee” even though the car has complementary scheduled maintenance.

A call to Hyundai corporate got the fee waived “for this one time only” so now he’s looking for a new dealer.

Edit: the full press blurb from the alfa ceo is weapon grade seething, https://www.gazzetta.it/motori/la-mia-auto/15-04-2024/alfa-romeo-milano-diventa-alfa-romeo-junior-ecco-perche-il-suv-cambia-nome.shtml
I thought this was an article about the name change based on the title but then I saw it was the actual Stellantis press release.

I've just learned the Ioniq 5 N thing has an 'N Grin Boost' (I'm not lying about that name) button that give you 10 seconds of boost. It's like a slightly less cool GPX Cyberformula Spiral Boost setup...
"boost'N grin" was right there

Someone in my parents’ neighborhood has a Cadillac Celestiq. It looks even longer in person. Definitely a weird looking car.

$340,000?

Better use of money than 3 cybertrucks but seriously? At that price I’d just buy a Bentley and hire a driver.
Starting at $340K and you have to prequalify before they’ll talk to you about it. GM says each one is built by hand to order and there are no options as it’s “almost infinitely customizable”.
