I'm surprised it's low enough for you to actually see it. It's usually way too high. Are they like laser tag? Does the aggressor "shoot" at the target and both planes calculate whether the target plane gets hit or not? Or is it just a lot of maneouvering.

 Are there more air disasters than usual this year? Or is it just that air disasters are coming under the lens of more interconnected technology?
