No, Karin kept her own umbilical cord as a memento (apparently that's a good luck thing??) and Suigetsu figured it was Salad's, so he ran the DNA test and saw 100% match (which would mean Salad and Karin are one and the same, not mother and daughter) and thought that meant Sasuke banged Karin. Suigetsu is the best, basically.
