Rain Hokage: Today, we start the Chunnin exams. From Rain village, we have (names some students). From Wind Village, we have (some other dudes). From Fire Village, we have (names more guys).

Random student (to other student): Wait, "Naruto"? Isn't that guy Hokage? Why is he in this exam???!!!
