The character designs and animation on Phineas and Ferb are just ugly. They look like something out of a bad flash cartoon. I just can't bring myself to watch it.

Though a few of the season 3 episodes are some of the worst, actually. The one where Spike drinks some new energy drink and it makes him mutate so his can't retract his spikes/bones, and joins the Morlocks...though since he was by FAR the worst main character, they needed a way to get rid of him. And the one where Toad steals Nightcrawler's holo-emitter is pretty stupid, too. Well, Cyclops has always been a dick.

I remember code name kids next door did a direct scene for scene parody of the matrix anime. edit: alot of cartoons have made jokes about Citizen Kane. Pinky and brain did a parody of "the third man" and animaniacs and freekazoid had a few "space 2001" and "Apocalypse Now" gags.
