Is there something that's a mix of jump-up and breakcore?

Is breakcore different enough from DnB that I should make it's own thread? There seems to be approximately one (1) documentary about it on Youtube, anywhere I else I can go to trace the history of the scene?

Breakcore is the thinking man's IDM.

I like to open up Renoise and make the Amen go brrrrr. Production is hard.
Someone told me since I have no experience programming rhythm I should work in another genre first but I wanna make the Amen go brrrr.

Either that or you decided to start in mod trackers and welp.

I am currently backtracking to modtrackers because the chip tracker (Furnace :argh:) I was using has a bug. WTF Commodore. Amiga is fuckin weird as poo poo. 2 channels for left, 2 channels for right are you joking my rear end?! Even the Gameboy could pan.
Sorry for this weird derail. I hope someone else at least got some value out of those two Youtubes I posted.
I spent a long time dismissing drum and bass because of it's repetitive to my ear drum style but I think it's just like modern (liquid?) DnB that forgot the kick drums.
Have this blown out track I found on Bandcamp with The Duke samples on it https://lowentropy.bandcamp.com/track/anarchize-3

Strong bassface from this one. So gnarly.
This would be considered jump up, yeah?
