I love this show so loving much. I used to watch at least 3 episodes a day from my DVDs all the time. I still watch repeats every day and I never get tired of them.

Your Proud Pal posted:Because they also used real movies sometimes (The English Patient, Schindler's List, Plan 8 from outer space, Home Alone (the old man got to me too, George) Breakfast at Tiffany's, I sometimes would scour Blockbuster for a copy of Checkmate or Chunnel. I love the completely random cheery music playing when George watches Home Alone. The Public Domain rules.

I remember 4-5 years ago on TBS they would run commercials for their Seinfeld reruns and the tagline was something like "Every episode is your favorite." It really is loving true.

Watching TBS now. Seeing Kramer quickly leave the room when Jerry finds out that George broke up with his tax agent girlfriend after Jerry talks about how he would kill Kramer due to his audit without her is incredible.

got dat wmd posted:The Sein dvds are by far the best television dvds ever. 2/3s of the episodes have short Inside Look interviews about their origins and experiences filming them with members of the cast including the writers and director too. It's particularly fascinating about how they did The Subway. The best bonus features on the Seinfeld DVDs are the Sein-imations. Bar none

got dat wmd posted:Richards gets seriously pissed off at Julia flubbing lines and laughing in some of the outtakes and frequently opted to not go out with the cast. At first glance he just seems like an rear end in a top hat but he really, really takes the Kramer character seriously. The laugh factory incident broke my heart

Do old arcade machines really lose their high score records when they lose power? I can't imagine that they do but Seinfeld would never lie to me.

I'm watching The Visa and I can never stop cracking up at Kramer's story about what happened at his fantasy baseball camp. Where he had to intimidate on the mound and plunk the batter and he ended up punching Mickey Mantle. "I looked down and WHOAH man it's Mickey!" "Mickey Mickey what have you done to Mickey you killed Mickey!"

AHAH one of my most favorite lines in the series is in The Airport when Jerry and Elaine are in the airplane. Elane is going through coach hell desperately trying to get a meal while Jerry is being pampered in first class. "More anything?" "More everything!"
