Anyone know why Netflix takes a bit to get some Blu Rays? Not the WB or Fox discs, I know about that, but I want to get Django and they don't even have a release date. It took them forever to get Vivre Se Vie as well. Also, does anyone have a link to the Master of Cinema Blu Ray sale page?

Criterion supposedly has a ton of films licensed from them (besides the already-released House of Games, Salo, and The Fugitive Kind) like Night of the Hunter and Paths of Glory. Is this guy joking? http://hollywood-elsewhere.com/2010/06/burned_by_stage.php quote:It may sound extreme to call this an awful Bluray with others giving it a thumbs-up, but I'll go one better: this is the worst-looking, worst-sounding Bluray of a classic black-and-white film in history. That means, obviously, that it looks worse than Criterion's notorious Bluray of Carol Reed's The Third Man, and that's saying something, fella.

It's an SPC title and it did normal SPC box office. It's a really good movie but that doesn't matter when you are a small part of a larger company.

Red posted:I just bought the Blu of Kick-rear end, and I love that it came with a standard DVD copy (which, even if you don't have a Blu-Ray player, why wouldn't you buy the combo pack?). However, I have yet to open it - I'm strongly considering going back and exchanging it for A Single Man. Or maybe I'll just get both. A Single Man was put out by Sony so it looks great. The film is also incredible. I would return it.
