Aside from Antichrist, The Thin Red Line, and The Seven Samurai which we already knew were coming, looks like Criterion will be releasing Videodrome and The Darjeeling Limited soon as well.

Where did you find this out?

Amazon has put up pre-order pages for all 5 titles, meaning they're all likely to come out in August/September. Gonna be a great friggin couple of months for Criterion, especially if House comes out around then too.

House will be announced this month. NY Times broke it already.

Anyone know why Netflix takes a bit to get some Blu Rays? Not the WB or Fox discs, I know about that, but I want to get Django and they don't even have a release date. It took them forever to get Vivre Se Vie as well.

Also, does anyone have a link to the Master of Cinema Blu Ray sale page?

It may sound extreme to call this an awful Bluray with others giving it a thumbs-up, but I'll go one better: this is the worst-looking, worst-sounding Bluray of a classic black-and-white film in history. I don't know why people expected Moon to get a sizable release. It's an SPC title and it did normal SPC box office. It's a really good movie but that doesn't matter when you are a small part of a larger company.

I just bought the Blu of Kick-rear end, and I love that it came with a standard DVD copy (which, even if you don't have a Blu-Ray player, why wouldn't you buy the combo pack?). However, I have yet to open it - I'm strongly considering going back and exchanging it for A Single Man. Or maybe I'll just get both.

I'm sure the Kick-rear end Blu is great - has anyone else bought Single Man?

A Single Man was put out by Sony so it looks great. The film is also incredible. I would return it.
