Am I wasting everyone's time or is that actually the good thing that I think it is? When I worked for T-Mobile it meant you had a "world class" call and your supervisor would give you a balloon. Not a helium balloon though. Just a sad balloon sitting on your desk. You'll never rise higher than that balloon, was the message; and you'll shrivel up and die just as fast.
