Why the gently caress do our Tier One agents insist on loving arguing with me? No, I'm not going to give your customer a free accessory just because he's mad he missed the deadline for our sale. Yes, I realize you told him we would. Guess what? Now you get to explain to him that you lied. I also love getting a customer transferred to me to RMA their product. With no notes on the ticket other than "it dont wokr." Ugh. Sometimes I wish I was back on the front lines. Only sometimes though.
