Ok, so I have an idea, and need some advice. What I want to do is get to matched tube-combo, preferably 1x12, and run stereo-effects (like chorus and delay) with two amps. My initial plan was to get mesa rectifier combos, but I ran into some budget constraints and need to re-think the layout. So, who here has an idea of a sweet, deep-sounding combo amp that's cheap enough new, or common enough, to allow me to buy two and remain beneath the price of a single used rectifier combo?` I'll mention that I live in Sweden, so the second hand market may vary quite drastically from overseas.
