One of the key problems in the analysis of this puzzling book is to be able to differentiate a real language from meaningless writing.
I just got my first interview out of a USAJOBS app--applied for a revenue agent gig in March, the interview was on Tuesday. they *might* be starting people the second week of September, but then again they might not. so start applying early :)
