If you love jingles and music stings before one-liners, you'll love The Todd Glass Show!

Thanks for clueing me in to the JV Club. I was never an adolescent girl, but this is still relatable somehow.

This week's Judge John Hodgman starts out strong! Check it out, if only for the opening.

If you don't like Captain Laserbeam or Sparks Nevada from the start, you probably never will. There are a lot of cool guest stars like Nathan Fillion and James Urbaniak, but the format doesn't really change much.

Tales from the Black Lagoon is much slower than the other features. It gets fun when Jimmy Stewart is introduced, but again, if you don't like it from the start you probably never will.

I think Moonshine Holler is great, but they don't release that on the podcast as often as some of the other segments.

They did the live show for years before they started releasing podcasts, so they've had plenty of time to hammer out good material. I'd kill to attend a show if I'm ever out in LA.

The plaintiff in this week's Judge John Hodgman must have come from TVIV.

Is it a spoiler to be told that Aaron Paul won an Emmy for the third season of Breaking Bad because it tells you his character survives that long?

I don't know if the Savage Lovecast belongs in here or not, but wow the Make Love Not Porn lady guest this week is a blowhard.

Dan asks her about what she's promoting and she goes off on a speech about how her self-admittedly crappy website gets 3,000 visitors a day.

Edit: just found the Savage Lovecast thread. Whoops!

Captain Laserbeam has gotten really good lately with the addition of Phillip Fathom, Deep Sea Detective. The last episode with Dream Girl was the best it's ever been.

Basically everything is worth checking out. I kind of wish they'd release more Ameilia Earhart, Fearless Flyer.

I love Captain Laserbeam, and it keeps getting better. Phillip Fathom Deep Sea Detective is great when he shows up, and the semi-recent episode where Dream Girl finally made an appearance was fantastic.

I always laugh at how dull one of the Adventureketeers sounds.

I'm way behind on my Harmontown episodes. I just got to the part in Rhode Island where Dan talked about loving his Real Doll to pieces and then having his assistant dispose of the body.

I can't wait for the movie they're making of this.

I enjoyed PFT making fun of Juggalos, and the John Hodgman Four Loko parties, and Tom's Garrison Keillor riffing, but for the most part I think The Best Show just isn't for me.

Speaking of Hodgman, this week's Judge John Hodgman tries to figure out if the defendant is a hipster, which I always feel is a highpoint of the show.

Paul F. Tompkins has been on the last two Sparks Nevada episodes of The Thrilling Adventure Hour.

It's incredible. He even made the theme song better!

Who usually plays the character PFT is playing?

In 119 he's Sparks and the real Croach is in the scene. In 121 he's Croach and the real Sparks is there.

It's probably more enjoyable if you've been following the episodes for a while, but you should all be doing that anyway.

Edit: beaten to it. Still, I hope this continues for a while, if only to hear more variety in the already great theme song

Wow, Go Bayside is great! I've listened to PFT, Dave Holmes (love him), and Jimmy Pardo's "I'm So Excited" episode so far and they're all hilarious.

I'm going to have to binge on the rest of these this week.

On the same vein, where should I start with Judge John Hodgman?
Episode 10 - The Conetractual Dispute is one of the best early episodes of the show. It's about a tangible dispute and the litigants are from Portland. Some of the best JJHO episodes are about John making fun of groan-worthy hipsters.

I just caught last week's Judge John Hodgman, "Badgering the Waitress" and it's fantastic. The litigants are awful so John and Jesse get hostile. It's so good.

I need to put Analyze Phish and all his CBB appearances back into rotation. He was always great without trying too hard.
