 I played Harvest Moon: Friends of Mineral Town ad infinitum, and then tried to upgrade to Harvest Moon DS.
I'm pretty sure I started getting a bit ridiculous with DS, because I ended up with some millions gold at the end of my first Spring, then going "oh, nevermind" and never playing it again.
I think I'm still on Spring 28th or so. I should... probably do something with that.

But, dang, I have spent enough time in the mines to make my eyes fall out. Was the whole "make excessive amounts of money from mining and gambling with Harvest Sprites" thing one of the things fixed in DS Cute? Because I'm a little bit interested in it, but I feel wary of all new Harvest Moon games after becoming so thoroughly disenchanted with DS.
