Okay, but if their website says it was delivered, and it's not there, then it was stolen, right? Or is there a possibility that their website would tell me it's been delivered when it hasn't?

This BS happened to us last Christmas. The package definitely didn't get stolen, but they claimed it arrived. I went through all the motions and they did jack poo poo about it for me. I hope it goes better for you.
