Built by Foxconn is different from designed/branded by Foxconn. Intel will pay for better components and better soldering than Foxconn will put into their own brand.

Whats that? you're suffering voltage droop when the processor is running flat out.. get that soldering iron out again and find a VR.
All these fancy bios settings and better power delivery on motherboards these days, only needing to delid a chip to get good results doesnt seem to bad.

And people used to lap their goddamn Athlon and P3 cores in addition to the heatsink base. Now that's loving nuts, let me just take sandpaper to the tiny part that makes this expensive CPU function.
