It wasn't a lovely album by any means but they've proven themselves to be capable of much better than that. How could anyone talk about good songs on flashy and not point out We Were Witchy Witchy White Women? That song and Steal Your Bones elevate the last 2 albums pretty high for me. Wasn't he supposed to be releasing another Evil Cowards album this year? Covered In Gas was really good so I'm more excited for more of that than E6 right now.
