A black hole with a mass of 1kg would have as much gravitational pull as anything else with a mass of 1kg, which is to say nearly imperceptible. The only difference is that light would not be able to escape its pull below the event horizon, which would have a radius of about 1.49x10-27 meters, which is roughly 1,000,000,000,000 times smaller than a proton.
