Right now I'm deciding between Nanostudio and Beatmaker 2 (or others). I want an app just to lay down rough drafts of beats on-the-go and won't be using it to create the final version. Most of my stuff is hip-hop/r&b/electronic. I was also looking at Music Studio but it seems like that has more real instruments like guitars/cellos/etc rather than synths and whatnot.
