Is there a guide or any tips to putting .cbr files on a kindle? I got the girlfriend a kindle for her birthday and when she's using my iPad I'd love to have some comics to read on her kindle. Thanks.

We just got ours but it's pretty drat good. For black and white comics it's perfect, for color stuff it's definitely passable and pleasant to read on. I would put it at like 8/10 for comics, with the ipad being a 9/10. Black and whites the kindle is more like 9.5.

On the kindle 3 is there any way to make the little progress bar on the bottom not show while reading? It's kind of annoying and it's the only complaint I have with the device.
