A few questions here for someone who is currently interested in video editing, but would like to one day get paid to do it:
  • Is any form of monitor calibration tool (Spyder etc.) needed/should have?
  • What should I read/watch to get better at watching films and appreciating the editing that takes place. I watch some movies and see things, but I'd like to get better at analysing them.
  • Are there any other forums/communities that would be useful to read up on?

Thanks!

Oh wow. So much cheaper than what I was looking at. Thanks!

The reviews aren't glowing for the smooth way it rotates.

I've decided I'll start to do some vlog style videos (for myself, not for YT/TT) to practice my editing and storyboarding/telling.

Does anyone have any recommended videos or sites for tips/advice on daily vlogging?

I hate editing 360 footage.

That is all. Carry on.
