Realized it was Cinco de Mayo, which just by coincidence happens to be the day I planned to make a really spicy pot of chili. I also poked around and found all the stuff I need to make margaritas.

So drat hot today that I did nothing and nobody gave me crap for doing it. Just floated around in the pool, and didn't work up the gumption to even cook dinner until 9:30 pm. I'm probably not gonna be able to sleep because of the heat, though.

Not today, but on Friday my sister will be back stateside after working in Siberia for the summer. I'm so excited to see her The excitement kicked in today because now that poo poo is happening this week.

I had to turn down a job offer for seasonal work because I have secured other work that pays more. That is a pleasure I think few too people know these days. I just hope it doesn't come back and bite me on the rear end. I also bought a bunch of Halloween candy and filled my plastic cauldron with it. Halloween is almost upon us

I found a package of Knorr vegetable bouillon in an abandoned cart in the parking lot of the grocery store. I don't use bouillon, but still, free poo poo is free poo poo.

I drew a picture today that I am actually satisfied with. May not sound like much but with a combination of nerve damage and arthritis, I have spent the better part of three years thinking I was finished artistically. Feels good, man.

I beat The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time on the 3DS today. It's notable because it is the first time in my life I have had patience to play the game all the way through. Liked it so much I went back and kicked Ganon's rear end two more times.

I'm turning back into a man. A few weeks ago I stopped taking the antidepressants I had been on for three years. Not only am I suffering no depression, but I am losing weight super fast and have lots of energy. My beard is manly and my wiener works super good.
