Looking to upgrade my primary gaming monitor but on a budget. Looking for something in the $150 - $250 range. Is the Dell UltraSharp U2412M Black IPS Panel 24" mentioned in the OP still recommended or can I do better? Upgrading to a GTX 1060 video card.
