What's neat about it is that you can hear a short "preview" of the 9th's last movement sorta make an appearance about 4 minutes into the 8th's last movement. If you haven't give it a listen, I think it's far too underrated. What makes me chuckle is that when asked why the 7th was more popular than the 8th Beethoven replied, "because the 8th is so much better". I just love Beethoven.
