Perhaps you guys can answer my question then. What is the legal issues of music on a podcast? I have been putting together a music show but I can't find the legalese of broadcast/copywrite issues. I know, like EMI, has blanket coverage for SOME songs. Or do I just do it and hope I get away with it? It is so weird how strict these companies get with free advertising of their music.
