Are there any good mods for improving the look of PCs faces? I realized mine is kinda ugly still and I can just use the console for plastic surgery but I wonder if any mods make PCs look better. I know this is kinda vague of a request but I admittedly dont know what I'm looking for exactly either.

It is essentially NV's Project Beauty. It doesn't seem to be compatible with body replacers, but it adds a whole new level of detail into faces and necks that wasn't there before, and the end result is pretty amazing. The mod replaces the textures for eyes, as well, but the change is subtle enough to not look cartoony or distracting. The skin and eye effects also carry over to your PC. You should check it out. Example:

The NCR General Issue m3/m4 packs work just fine though, hopefully that can help you figure out what's going on here because I really like the idea for this mod. I dunno, MMORPGs are filled with that poo poo too. I dont think every male nerd is a transsexual or has any actual fantasies of being a woman, but it seems incredibly common.

Can FOMM update any of my mods if I did that thing where I logged into my nexus account when I first downloded FOMM? It'd be kind of annoying to try to check all my mods if there are updates, then have to re-download, then re-install the mod and gently caress with my game again?

The guy that put out the Gecko Hunting Rifle just put out another variation on it: The Proper Hunting Rifle, a hunting rifle not held together with string. Remade textures and meshes, and I kinda like that it isn't a replacer.

First go-around I did a good-ish playthrough as "Some Guy". Second go I decided to go bad karma, and just got an idea to play a female character focusing on pistols, sneaking, and manipulatin' folks. Next go around I'm thinking male focusing on heavy weapons or melee or both. Strong like bull, smart like streetcar.
