I know ojiro said that it wont have a tragic ending (I think? in an interview or on twitter or something), but it could still be sad. I don't think anything sad will happen to them as a couple, at least I hope - Ganta already basically came to terms with her issues and not wanting to leave her side no matter what despite Isaki even offering him ways out.
