SpazmasterX posted:You have no idea. Spazmaster, I think you and I are aligned on two very important stances regarding manga: 1) It was a crime to cancel Mx0 and scrap the entire interesting part of the series/protagonist to wrap it up 2) Kimi no Iru Machi and Good Ending are possibly the most infuriating and frustrating shoujo series to read. y/n? Seriously though, KnIM and GE are pretty decent reads for shoujo but sometimes the characters make you want to strangle sense into them.

It's an otherwise mediocre manga, but the latest chapter of Kimi No Iru Machi was pretty funny.

Tiara posted:Is anybody else still keeping up with Good Ending? Because it is clear that the author is planning on dragging this poo poo out for as long as possible and I don't recommend anybody get back into it. Yeah. I'm starting to get worn out on it too, due to the recent events (significant spoilers I guess)namely, Seiji losing his virginity to that white haired girl I can't even remember the name of who he's dating. The way the series has been going that's a guaranteed future plot point, as a pregnancy scare or dirty laundry when the two of them break up/go through a rocky part of their relationship, I'm expecting and when it does I'll probably drop the series for good.

Tae posted:The white haired girl is the one he's been after since the beginning. I know it's the same girl but I still don't remember her name off the top of my head, only that she's Seiji's senpai. I don't know why I find Kimi no Iro Machi so much more bearable than Good Ending, the characters haven't gotten less childish since they went off to college. Part of it is Haruto has more spine than Seiji when it matters, but they're both pretty typical shoujo protags and their obvious love interests aren't terribly special either.
