Did anyone else catch the uncomfortable moment when they brought up Owen Wilson and Artie and the methods they used in their suicide attempts? It got real quiet and then Robin just went back to the news.

And it can be even better on radio. The TV crew in Philly is terrible, but the radio guys are fantastic. From reading the gameday threads in SAS it seems like most people hate their TV guys anyway.

I started listening to the first year on Sirius and so far its great. I am only at the end of March right now. I just got done listening to the loving machines show, were Gary got hit in the eye. It was a mix of me laughing hilariously and being completely grossed out with my mouth wide open. So far the first few months are amazing. At what point does the show go downhill? So far besides the CBS lawsuit stuff every show has been amazing.

Year 4 is when Artie was getting high and the show started to slip. It still had lots of great moments with Artie falling asleep and all. Year 5 was the first Artie-less year and it blows. You can stop listening after December 2009.

So my main point was I don't think his 'blue collar' upbringing had all that much to do with his choosing that house.

You looked up where he was born and not where he was raised. This is what Wikipedia has for Union Township:

The median income for a household in the township was $59,173, and the median income for a family was $68,707 (these figures had risen to $68,979 and $80,260 respectively as of a 2007 estimate).

None of this tells us how it was 40 years ago anyway.

They're not asking you to pay anything extra. They just got rid of the old streams that the third party streamers used. You can still use their web player or an app on your phone.

Nope, if you have a lifetime sub you can't use the official Sirius app. It is only for "Premium Internet" subscribers.

Basically they hosed over every single lifetime subscriber since the web app is basically unusable which is why there were 3rd party apps in the first place and you are unable to use the official app.

I rarely if ever use my radio anymore and pretty music just used the streaming 3rd party apps on my phone and computer. I don't have Flash installed on anything anymore (It is terrible on both OSX and Linux) so I can't even use the web app if it worked worth a poo poo.

I am sure I could call and bitch to Sirius and get 5 gazillion months free of it but that isn't the point. They shouldn't treat the customers who invested the most into them this way.

edit: though they already have your money so maybe they won't give a poo poo
